January - Dulce le Leche

Dark chocolate meets cinnamon and chipotle, creating a sweet, deep and smoky flavor that lingers through the night.

March - Lavender Honeycomb

Sweet creamscented with lavender, sweet orange essence -sprinkled with honeycomb bits.

May - Mint Julep

It’s Kentucky Derby time - perfect inspiration for this month’s flavor.  We used fresh mint and a good dose of bourbon to create an ice cream that will knock your hats off.
